To edit your DMP personal information, view payment receipts, newsletters, or disbursement & due date calendar use your Client ID & PIN to log in at the left.  If you need help, click the email link to the right, or call us;  651-789-4014 or 800-780-2890. 

To access SmartPay without viewing the disbursement & due date calendar, simply Click Here to Pay   

**You will need to know your Client ID and PIN for SmartPay--- if you are a returning (Registered SmartPay user), use your SmartPay username to log in to make a payment or view your transactions.
